Issues in relationships arise mostly in the areas of Communication, Power, Intimacy/Sexuality, Money/Material stuff.

Often small wounds have a way of getting larger if they are not addressed early on.

Sessions as a couple provide an ideal venue in which to discuss these matters in a safe and supportive environment.

The couples session enables the couple to communicate their concerns and enables the couple to see what the other’s issues are, and where each other is coming from.

The sessions provide tools to better communicate with each other, leading to actions and create a truly loving and fulfilling relationship. Even for healthy couples regular sessions, e.g. once a month are highly recommended.
