This 5-Day Training is specifically designed for participants who have completed the IJ TFT Level I Training.  In this unit we use the theories and concepts covered in the level 1 training and begin to work with the Art of Facilitation.

The refinement of your skill level as a facilitator is one of the components of the level 2 training. Another important aspect of the training is learning to become aware of our gifts and challenges. An understanding and awareness of our own blind spots can be a tremendous asset in your work as a facilitator. 

Participants will receive specific support in your professional and internal development. During the training participants will also be introduced to new counseling skills and solution based coaching techniques.

Dear DC Inner Journey Graduates,
many of you have seen Neelama and me give what is called 'DEEKSHA' in our courses.
This laying of hands on the head is an ancient way of transmitting 'grace' or divine
blessings to a person. We both were initiated to this phenomenon 2006 at the Oneness
University. Recently I participated in a Trainer Course at this Spiritual Center where
I became a trainer of the Oneness Awakening Course.

The program is based on the teachings of the Oneness University and culminates into
the initiation into becoming a Deeksha or Oneness Blessing Giver.

An Inner Journey Course on the Supreme Court

We all hear voices in our heads to some extent or another. They nag at us, remind us what is right or dangerous, they promote caution and often fear. They form a part of our thinking mind that never seems to let up. And they affect us, often in unconscious ways. To some extent, they can be useful in helping us make sound, reasonable choices in our day-to-day lives. But, all too often they move us into behaviors and attitudes that do not serve us very well.

These behaviors can hurt, scare, and demoralize ourselves and others. They stifle creativity, deny our rights, and weaken our ability to act. They can be repetitive actions that we know we don’t want for ourselves, yet keep turning up.

So who are these Inner Guys anyway?! Where do they come from? What gets them so riled up? They throw the book at us and somehow we feel like we’re in Jail, a prisoner of who knows what. Whose ‘book’ is it anyway, and what makes it so heavy? AND, who’s in jail: who’s running the show!!?? How do I bust outta’ here?????

This course will examine and explore answers to these questions through a program that will include information presentations, meditation, controlled exercises,  practice, and discussions based upon experiences.
