Cancellation and Returns Policy

Coaching

Cancellations must be made by phone or email 48 hours prior to your session. If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice you will be charged half of the session price.

Workshops

Cancellations must be made by phone with the registrar for your workshop. If you cancel your reservation two weeks before the start of your workshop(s), your nonrefundable deposit, less a $50-per-person processing fee, will be transferred to a credit account to be used within one year. If you cancel with less than two weeks notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you have prepaid your entire reservation fee, we will retain the deposit, as above, less the $50 processing fee, and return the balance to you.

CD's

All sales are final. We may accept returns under special circumstances, however you must contact us within 30 days of purchase to request permission. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
